VESA released Embedded DisplayPort v1.4 standard, energy saving for mobile devices

Standards Association video electronics (VESA) has just officially launched Embedded DisplayPort (EDP) version 1.4. This new version features integration help save power consumption of the system, support multi-touch data transmission through the images and can be applied to many different products such as smartphones, tablet, laptop.
